Bengals vs Panthers Friday Injury Report

After missing Wednesday's walkthrough and Thursday's light practice, Trey Hendrickson (illness) practiced Friday and is good to go, according to head coach Zac Taylor.
The news isn't so good about those who normally play next to him. Taylor declared defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins (hamstring) out for Sunday, and B.J. Hill is doubtful. Taylor did say Hill's status will be monitored over the weekend, so there's an outside shot he plays.
The Bengals were without both Rankins and Hill in Week 3's loss to the Washington Commanders, and the pass rush and defense as a whole suffered for it. Cincinnati will have to win with the same group of defensive tackles who played last week with Zach Carter and Jay Tufele starting.
Tight end Tanner Hudson (knee) also made his return to practice this week and is questionable. He hasn't played in the last two games. Rookie safety Daijahn Anthony is also questionable and is listed with an illness.
As for this week's opponent, the Panthers are declaring three players out and three more as questionable. Left guard Damien Lewis (elbow), nose tackle Shy Tuttle (foot), and cornerback Lonnie Johnson (groin) will not play, and right guard Robert Hunt (hip), wide receiver Diontae Johnson (groin), and defensive tackle A'Shawn Robinson (knee) are questionable. All three were limited on Friday. Hunt went full both Wednesday and Thursday, so his injury was likely suffered Friday.
Johnson is still expected to play as the team held him out of Thursday's practice due to precautionary reasons.
