The Kansas City Chiefs have completed their first practice session of the week ahead of their Week 12 road game against the Carolina Panthers.
Injuries have been a major problem for Kansas City this season, but things are trending in the right direction. This time last week the team had 11 players listed on their injury report, but now they're down to just six players and the vast majority of them were full participants in practice. Players like Patrick Mahomes (ankle), Mike Danna (pec), and Wanya Morris (knee) are no longer listed on the report, which means they didn't receive treatment for their ailments.
The only players who were non-participants in practice were the pair of players who were still working their way back from reserve lists. Andy Reid was a bit more optimistic about each player when he spoke to the media on Wednesday. Especially compared to this time last week.
Here's a look at the first injury reports of the week for each team. . .

- Kareem Hunt is still listed on the injury report, but he was a full participant in the week's first practice session for the second consecutive week. That's a positive.
