The New Orleans Saints are dealing with another scary situation involving a young wide receiver. Rashid Shaheed is already out for the season due to a meniscus injury. Now, Chris Olave could miss more time after a hard hit against the Carolina Panthers.

Chris Olave leaves with concussion

Olave was carted off the field on a stretcher. Clearly, New Orleans was quite concerned regarding the injury because it is his second concussion in the last month.

Olave wore a Guardian Cap during practice this week, but he was not wearing it in the game. Instead, the wideout was wearing an alternate helmet that he felt was safer than the normal model that most players wear.

Michael Thomas goes off on Derek Carr

Former Saints wideout Michael Thomas did not hold back on the current Saints QB after the injury to Olave, either. Thomas has made some strong social media statements over the past couple of seasons, but this rant was the biggest so far.

He was brutally honest.

Clearly, there's no love lost between Thomas and Carr, according to the receiver. We will see if the QB is asked about Thomas' comments after the game.
