As you read above, the Texans and Cowboys will be broadcast nationally on ESPN's Monday Night Football this week. So, anyone with access to ESPN will be able to watch the game when it kicks off at 7:15 PM Eastern Standard Time in Houston. The game will also be aired on ESPN 2.
