Former Oklahoma Sooners head coach Bob Stoops is feeling good about the Tennessee Vols' chances against the NC State Wolfpack in Charlotte this weekend.

Earlier this week, Stoops predicted the outcomes of several of this weekend's biggest games, including Tennessee's matchup against NC State.

The former Oklahoma head coach thinks the Vols will leave Bank of America Stadium on Saturday night with a win.

"I haven't seen much of either team really," said Stoops on his YouTube channel. "NC State has done a really good job. But Tennessee was overwhelming a week ago. They seem to be really rolling. So I'm going to go with Tennessee."

"I like Tennessee," continued Stoops. "It just seems like they've got it rolling right now. And I'll count on maybe the SEC line of scrimmages against the ACC's."

Stoops' co-host on his prediction show, Brad McMullan, feels similarly.

"I think this game is going to play out a lot like the Clemson/Georgia game did last week," said McMullan. "Where it was close in the first quarter, close at halftime. But that third and fourth quarter, the difference in talent. I think Tennessee is truly one of the top 10 teams in the country. And I think they'll show that on Saturday."

"Yeah, they have that kind of talent, definitely," added Stoops.
