Tennessee Vols legend Peyton Manning's tee shot at the BMW Championship Pro-Am will almost certainly make you feel better about your own golf game.

Manning, who is participating in the event in Denver (where Manning primarily lives now), saw his drive barely get out of the tee box in front a large group of spectators.

"Did anyone see where that went?" quipped Manning after mishitting his drive.

Some "one of us" chants broke out after Manning's less-than-ideal drive (there was also a "Go Vols" that came from the crowd).

Here's a better view of where Manning's tee shot landed.

Manning might be a Hall of Famer and a former Super Bowl MVP, but that doesn't mean he's elite when it comes to golf.

It might be the only way in which Manning is truly one of us.
