The Minnesota Vikings released their final injury report for week two against the San Francisco 49ers it had the inevitable with wide receiver Jordan Addison being out for Sunday's game.
Removed from the injury report were edge rusher Andrew Van Ginkel who was on the report with his foot injury that he spent the offseason recovering from, wide receiver Jalen Nailor with his lingering ankle injury and center Garrett Bradbury with his knee injury.
New on the report is Ingram. The triceps injury is something head coach Kevin O'Connell mentioned popped up on Thursday during practice and he did practice on a limited basis. Smith and O'Neill are also questionable but it sounds like they will play.
With Addison out, the Vikings will use a platoon of receivers based on different things the Vikings want to do, including Trishton Jackson who will dress for the game.
"I think you're gonna see a kind of a variety of all those guys doing different jobs throughout the game, Tristan is going to be up as well, and that's why Tristan is here. He had a great camp. Really could fill in at any one of those three spots and we've got a lot of confidence in him. He knows what to do and how to do it. Plays with great technique and fundamentals."
The Vikings and 49ers will kick off at noon on Sunday.
