The Minnesota Vikings have released their inactive list for Sunday afternoon's week two game against the San Francisco 49ers.
WR Jordan Addison
OT Walter Rouse
DT Levi Drake Rodriguez
DT Jalen Redmond
CB Fabian Moreau
CB Dwight McGlothern
Brett Rypien in the third quarterback.
The other interesting element that comes from the inactive list is the three players who were questionable in right guard Ed Ingram, right tackle Brian O'Neill and safety Harrison Smith will all play. That is great news for the Vikings.
The other element is that we are seeing a pattern. Rodriguez, Redmond, Rouse, Moreau and McGlothern are inactive for the second-consecutive week. This is likely going to be a consistent trend unless injuries happen. With the minor injuries with Ingram and O'Neill, it is a tad surprising that Rouse isn't dressed for that extra level of insurance.
Multiple teams tried to trade for Vikings WR Justin Jefferson this offseason, including blockbuster offer from Week 2 opponent
It doesn’t matter, as the Vikings wouldn’t budge
