Offensively, the Ravens did some good things against the Chiefs but their offensive line struggled. Lamar Jackson had 122 yards on the ground and 273 through the air, but it was not enough to take down the defending Super Bowl champions. In Derrick Henry’s debut with Baltimore, he finished with 46 yards and a touchdown on 13 runs.
When going up against the Raiders, wide receiver Davante Adams and rookie tight end Brock Bowers are two weapons that are worth keeping an eye on. The passing game is led by journeyman Gardner Minshew and he has a plethora of weapons to throw the football to.
Week 2 is just a couple of days away with Thursday Night Football. After that, we will have to wait until Sunday to see if the Ravens can bounce back against Las Vegas.
