Joe Burrow is everything the Cincinnati Bengals could have wanted in a quarterback. Savvy, poised, and collected are a few words to describe him.

These traits are essential for a signal-caller, especially when games get tougher in the playoffs. Speaking of the postseason, Burrow won his fourth playoff game with the Bengals against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, giving him the most wins in the postseason in Bengals' history.

The previous record holder was Boomer Esiason who won two playoff games in 1988 and another in 1991 which was the Bengals' last playoff win before 2021.

Burrow is only 26 years old so plenty of other opportunities to win playoff games will come about. However, in just three seasons, Burrow has half of the Bengals' postseason wins, and he's already made a Super Bowl appearance.

That's what it's all about, winning Lombardi trophies. The Bengals have a great shit to win the AFC for the second straight year and take advantage of this current window to bring them a championship. However, if anything thinks the Bengals' chances of winning a Super Bowl will fade away, that won't be for quite some time, according to Burrow.

“The window’s my whole career,” said Burrow. “And everybody that we have in that locker room, all the coaches we have, things are going to change year to year. But, our window is always open.”

Building a football team isn't an easy task, and the most important piece to get right is the quarterback position. The Bengals have that in Burrow, and with what they have placed around him, his proclamation about competing for championships has a chance to come true.
