The Steelers have an obvious move to make this week, but Mike Tomlin seems scared to do it

Pittsburgh went into halftime against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday down 31-3.
The Steelers ran nearly as many plays as the Bills in the first half but with far less success.
Here's the thing about Pittsburgh, though: They shouldn't be this bad.
The problem is that offensive coordinator Matt Canada has no business calling plays in the NFL.
Canada, who is notoriously difficult to work with, lacks creativity on offense. And when he does try to get creative — with motions and various jet sweeps — it's overly complicated. Canada either isn't doing enough or he's doing too much.
Tomlin has to fire Canada. I know that's usually an overreaction this early in the season, but this offense is getting worse. And it's obvious from the tone in the locker room that the players don't believe in the offense.
Tomlin needs to send Canada packing and let quarterbacks coach Mike Sullivan take over as the play caller.
Sullivan has previous offensive coordinator experience with the New York Giants and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Now, I'm not foolish enough to think that Sullivan is suddenly going to turn this offense into a juggernaut that steamrolls its way through the rest of the schedule.
But he could at least simplify things a bit — especially for rookie quarterback Kenny Pickett — and allow the Steelers' talented playmakers to get the ball in their hands in space.
If Tomlin wants to avoid his first losing season as a head coach, he'll fire Canada.
At this point, I can't imagine why he wouldn't. Tomlin is only making himself look foolish if he doesn't.
