Now, they just announced injury news regarding star tight end Darren Waller.
The Raiders are placing Waller on injured reserve. That will force him to miss at least the next four weeks.
Waller has struggled with injuries throughout the season. It has been frustrating campaign for him.
He has just 16 receptions for 175 yards and one touchdown this year.
This news comes just days after Waller confirmed that there was no setback with his hamstring injury. He just did not want to push it when it didn't feel 100%, and that made sense.
Waller also said that the hamstring was "close" before last week's game.
Now, that does not seem like the case as he will be on the shelf for the next month to fully recover.
It is another crushing blow for a Raiders team that needs as much talent on the field as possible right now.
Hopefully, this stint on injured reserve will allow him to return fully towards the end of the season to gain momentum for next year.
