Buffalo is still celebrating their victory over the Bears which secured their third consecutive AFC East crown.
In the win, Buffalo was able to find yet another way to win.
While Josh Allen had himself a day with two passing touchdowns and a rushing touchdown, it's what the Bills were able to do on the ground that secured the victory.
Buffalo finds a new way to win
Buffalo surpassed 250 yards on the ground, a welcomed sign from earlier in the season when rushing outside of Allen was one of their biggest struggles.
In fact, Buffalo now ranks number one in the NFL in one specific rushing category.
Josh Allen is firmly back in the MVP discussions. Stefon Diggs is a true number-one receiver and a threat every defense needs to take account for. The defense is firing on all cylinders despite injuries and now the league needs to worry about the Bills' rushing game.
The stat is a nightmare for opponents in that it's yet another area that the Bills can take advantage of in a victory.
Josh Allen doesn't have to put the world on his shoulders if he doesn't have to. Buffalo has a two-headed monster in Cook and Singletary that can wear down defenses across the board. Then, add in the speed and pass-catching abilities of Nyheim Hines and it's a disaster for anyone lining up against the team.
Bills head coach goes viral
Sean McDermott knows just how much this success means to the team. McDermott almost single-handedly turned the franchise around since joining the Bills.
His leadership and desire to reshape the culture have been invaluable and a driving force for the team's success.
Bills head coach goes viral
Immediately after their victory, Sean McDermott had a message for the locker room that has quickly gone viral.
McDermott expressed how this was a goal for the team all year, winning the AFC East once again. However, with a winter storm bearing down on Western New York, McDermott had to deliver some bad news to the team. After the head coach let the team know they wouldn't be able to fly home, his message next is one that Bills Mafia is guaranteed to like.
The Bills head coach went on to say "If I can't be home tonight, there's no other family I'd rather be with."
The Sean McDermott effect
This is a perfect sentiment to what kind of culture he has brought to the organization. Professionalism, championship-caliber, and family are a few words that come to mind when you think of the Buffalo Bills and what McDermott has brought to the organization.
McDermott and GM Brandon Beane have turned a struggling team into one of the premiere franchises in the NFL. The Bills' head coach has enjoyed playoff success after a despicable 17-year drought.
The next few years are going to be fun
The future is bright in Buffalo and a large portion of that is because of what Sean McDermott has done.
There's no other coach the Bills Mafia would rather have leading the organization.
