The 2022 Tennessee Titans defense has been on a remarkable streak that has them flirting with NFL history.

Sunday's stellar defensive performance against the Denver Broncos marked the sixth consecutive game in which the Titans' defense has recorded three or more sacks, and at least one interception.

According to a recent Titans press release, if the Titans have three sacks and an interception in Green Bay on Thursday Night Football, they will become only the fourth team since the 1970 NFL-AFL merger to do so in seven straight games.

The all-time record currently belongs to the 1975 Baltimore Colts, with eight.

All of this is even more impressive when considering the injuries Tennessee has had to overcome on the defensive side of the ball so far this season. This group has never wavered from their 'next man up' mentality.

Eight different Titans players have recorded an interception this season, helping the team sustain this streak. Linebacker David Long Jr. (2) is the only player with more than one. Eight players having one or more interceptions is the most in the NFL so far this season.

Since 1999, the single-season franchise record for players with an interception is 10, accomplished by the 1999, 2007 and 2012 Titans teams.
