Brandon Beane is back at it again.

The Buffalo Bills' general manager was able to secure a few big pieces right as the trade deadline expired.

While the splash decision was the trade for Nyheim Hines, Beane had some more magic up his sleeve.

Specifically, Beane picked up yet another addition at the deadline that will give the defense a huge boost.

Furthermore, Bills fans will remember Marlowe has spent some time with the Bills regime.

A welcomed addition

Marlowe was picked up as an undrafted rookie by the Panthers in 2015. The safety spent 2 seasons with the team before being acquired by the Bills.

Marlowe, in limited action, played in 26 games but started seven for the Bills.

In those games, Marlowe totaled two interceptions with 30 solo tackles and 38 combined tackles.

Marlowe has experience within the system and with Leslie Frazier. With injuries plaguing the Bills' secondary, this addition couldn't have come at a better time.

Timing is everything

Jordan Poyer's injury designation is unclear heading into the Bills' next matchup with the Jets.

With Hyde already out for the season with a devastating injury, the Bills needed to get some assistance in the back half of the field.

Specifically, getting a player who knows the system and is relatively inexpensive is a win-win for the organization.

Additionally, pair that with the announcement of Tre White's activation, and today was a good day for Bills fans.

Here's hoping we can see some of the new guys in action on Sunday.

Brandon Beane is a wizard, Bills Mafia is very lucky to have him.
