The Dallas Cowboys are in need of some optimism ahead of the 2022 NFL season. There is some pessimism and skepticism surrounding the team after a questionable offseason.

Dallas is forced to fill the holes left by Amari Cooper, Cedrick Wilson, La'el Collins, and Connor Williams on offense. The Cowboys also must replace pass rusher Randy Gregory on defense. There are some legitimate concerns on the roster ahead of training camp.

Nonetheless, there are reasons to expect the Cowboys to be successful in 2022. Dak Prescott looks to be fully healthy. CeeDee Lamb is primed to be the No. 1 receiver in the offense. Micah Parsons and Trevon Diggs are a special duo to build the defense around.

Cowboys image goes viral

Dak Prescott has earned a reputation as a tireless worker that his teammates really respect. Prescott has a football field in his backyard where several Cowboys players workout and practice in the offseason.

It is a good way for Cowboys players to bond and get in work.

An image posted by Dak Prescott this past weekend shows key players working out away from Dallas. Prescott, Lamb, rookie Jalen Tolbert, Dalton Schultz, and Sean McKeon gathered in South Florida to get some practice in.

The picture has sparked some conversation about the Cowboys. It is clear that this group has been on the grinding and building chemistry this offseason. That certainly can not hurt once the regular season arrives.

It seems cliché, but this really shows the leadership that Dak Prescott and others have on this team. The Cowboys understand that last season ended in disappointment. They appear to be determined to flip that narrative in 2022.

Whether that happens or not remains to be seen; however, Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys are getting the work in this offseason.
