Even the Nickelodeon broadcast knows that this game is really about Taylor Swift.
And they made sure to highlight that on their broadcast.
The cameras showed Travis Kelce sitting on the bench alongside his teammates, but instead of including his name, they simply introduced him another way.
The screen read "Taylor Swift's Boyfriend," and the description to follow was "Good at Football."
That says all you need to know.
Kelce was already a household name across the National Football League, but Swift got him recognized on a global level after the two went public with their relationship.
It all began when Kelce made a friendship bracelet to give to Swift when he went to see her live during the Eras Tour at Arrowhead Stadium. However, he was unable to hand it to her, and that story proceeded to go viral when he and his brother Jason Kelce talked about it on their New Heights podcast.
And then on Sept. 24, Swift arrived for the game, confirming all the rumors of their romance.
The rest is history.
So due to their relationship, Kelce now has a new name: Mr. Swift or Taylor Swift's boyfriend.
I'm sure he doesn't mind that one.
And at least they acknowledge that he's good at football.
