As much as Travis Kelce supports Taylor Swift, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end will stick to football and not turn to singing.

During an interesting exchange on Thursday with one reporter, he was read/sang a line from Swift's famous song. And it was a lyric change that went viral.

While performing in Buenos Aires, Argentina in November, Swift altered the lyrics while performing her song "Karma," singing "Karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming straight home to me,” rather than "Karma is the guy on the screen coming straight home to me."

So one reporter wanted to see if Kelce remembered that line.

And while he played along at first, the tight end wasn't having it towards the end. So when the reporter kept going, he simply said, "what's the next question."

That earned a loud laugh from the others surrounding the tight end.

Kelce has been forced to field numerous questions regarding the pop star this week, and he has handled it like a champ. And actually, Andy Reid has had to answer some questions about her as well.

Reporters are trying to get anything they can out of Kelce, including asking when he might propose to Swift. But it was in a pretty clever way.

And with that, Kansas City has wholeheartedly accepted Swift, actually being the top TV market to watch the Grammys on Sunday night while the singer took home two major awards.

And Kelce took a moment to speak about her accomplishment, while also making a promise of his own.

"She’s unbelievable. She’s rewriting the history books," Kelce said on Monday. "I told her I need to hold up my end of the bargain and bring home some hardware, too.”

Two grammy awards and the Lombardi trophy would be quite the way to celebrate the two's first year together.
