The Los Angeles Chargers are almost ready to take the 2024 offseason by the horns. They have some very important decisions to make, but they already made two of the more important ones in the head coach and general manager hires.
Now, they have to build up their roster around Justin Herbert and put a team on the field that can win ball games. But, to put themselves in the best position to do that, the Charges need a good staff, whether it's in the front office, on the field, or even in the weight room.
On Thursday, the Chargers announced the new staff that will be taking over the Charges and helping get this team back to the postseason.
