The Jacksonville Jaguars are potentially about to make a grave mistake. As if the decision couldn't be any easier, it appears the Jaguars are going to make the wrong one when it comes to Josh Allen. Well, at least that's what all of the reports are telling us.

We know that superstar defensive end Josh Allen is set to become a free agent if the Jaguars do not tag him or offer him an extension. The Jaguars, according to one ESPN insider, are set up to do the wrong thing.

According to Jeremy Fowler, the Jaguars are likely to tag Allen, which will likely lead to Allen's holding out of training camp. If they were to tag him, he would be paid $21.3 million.

Looking at A to Z Sports' Free Agency Rankings and Projections, Allen is the fourth overall free agent in this class and is due an amount similar to four years: $110 million, $27.5 million APY, and $85 million fully guaranteed.

That number will likely only get bigger the longer they wait because the market will continue to grow. This could end up being a huge mistake.
