The Kansas City Chiefs (11-6) will face the Miami Dolphins (11-6) on Saturday night for a Peacock streaming-exclusive matchup during the wild-card round of the NFL playoffs.
The Dolphins are looking to break some trends on the road in the playoffs. They have just three road playoff wins in franchise history and haven't won a road playoff game in over 20 years. The Chiefs are looking to keep their history of success going, having appeared in the AFC Championship Game in each of the last five seasons.
Here's a quick breakdown of the inactive players for this evening's game.
Chiefs inactive players:
- WR Kadarius Toney
- WR Justyn Ross
- LT Wanya Morris
- DT Neil Farrell Jr.
- DE BJ Thompson
- DE Felix Anudike-Uzomah
- CB Keith Taylor
Dolphins inactive players:
- CB Xavien Howard
- S Jevon Holland
- WR Robbie Chosen
- CB Cam Smith
- TE Tyler Kroft
- OT Kion Smith
- QB Skylar Thompson (emergency 3rd QB)
Observations:
The Chiefs have one surprise. Rookie DE Felix Anudike-Uzomah is inactive and DE Malik Herring is active. Herring had a very good game against the Chargers in Week 18.
No Justyn Ross or Kadarius Toney for K.C. as both players were questionable heading into the game.
Practice squad elevation Keith Taylor is inactive. They likely called him up to get him a 53-man active game check.
Dolphins will be missing S Jevon Holland, who was questionable heading into the wild-card round.
Chiefs make pair of roster moves ahead of playoff tilt with Dolphins
The Kansas City Chiefs have elevated two players from the practice squad ahead of their wild-card round game against the Miami Dolphins.
