Patrick Queen may have just played his final game with the Baltimore Ravens.
As a first-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, Queen's rookie contract included a fifth-year option. The Ravens decided to decline the option last year, and in doing so, the all-around linebacker will hit free agency in March.
Queen tallied eight total tackles and one quarterback hit in Baltimore’s 17-10 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC title game. After the contest, Queen was asked about his future with the Ravens, and he was as straightforward as could be on this matter.
"I’m just going to take my time and think everything through," Queen said after the game. "Take my time, think about this loss, embrace this loss. This feeling, let it be, and see where it goes, honestly."
How much could Queen receive in free agency?
It is currently up in the air whether the Ravens will go all out to re-sign Queen in the offseason. Spotrac does project Queen's market value to be set a five-year, $92.642 million deal.
Queen recorded 133 total tackles and 3.5 sacks over 17 regular season games played with the Ravens this year. He was named to the Pro Bowl Games for the first time in his career.
