The Tennessee Titans offseason is less than a month old and has already experienced a lot of twists and turns with a head coach firing and hiring.

Now, second year punter Ryan Stonehouse added to it Friday night when he announced a new non-football career.

Stonehouse, 24, posted on a new Instagram account with the handle "ryanstonehouse.realestate" explaining his passion for reaching the Nashville community.

"Hey Nashville, it’s Ryan Stonehouse here! From the football field to the real estate market, I’m thrilled to announce my latest venture with Stormberg Real Estate Group! In a message to A to Z Sports, Stonehouse confirms his offseason venture.

"Doing (real estate) this offseason. I got some free time, why not?"

Stonehouse went through the real-estate license process after his injury in December.

"That's what happens when you got spare time haha."

The post is "liked" by some notable names: Arden Key (Titans edge rusher), Caleb Shudak (former Titans kicker), Daniel Carlson (current Las Vegas Raiders kicker), Jordan Stout (current Baltimore Ravens punter).

The new business account is also followed by the Tennessee Titans official instagram account and current long snapper, Morgan Cox. Former Tennessee Volunteers kicker Chase McGrath also follows the account. McGrath and Stonehouse were high school teammates together at Mater Dei in California.

Ryan Stonehouse's historic career start

The Colorado State product had his 2023 season end early after suffering a severe knee injury on the second of two blocked punts by the Indianapolis Colts on December 3.

Stonehouse updates A to Z Sports his knee recovery: "Great honestly. Crazy how fast it's healing."

The punter's second season was off to an even better start than his record breaking rookie year, averaging over 53 yards per punt in 12 games. 52 percent of Stonehouse's punts were downed inside the opponent's 20 yard line, while just 18.8 percent went for touchbacks.

As a rookie in 2022, Stonehouse broke an 82 year old record for punting average during a season set by Sammy Baugh in 1940.

I guess you could say Stonehouse is ready to flip the field with his right leg, while also flipping houses in the Nashville area.
