The Chiefs left Kansas City on Sunday to head to Las Vegas for Super Bowl LVIII.

When rookie wide receiver Rashee Rice left his home to catch the team's flight, he got a heartwarming sendoff from some Chiefs fans in his neighborhood. They were all lined up along the side of the street with signs and flags as they cheered Rice on and wished him good luck in the big game.

This should come as no surprise since Chiefs fans have a reputation for being among the most loyal and passionate in the world. Rice wasn't the only one who got a warm sendoff, as linebackers Leo Chenal, Willie Gay Jr., and tight end Noah Gray were also showered with love as they left.

The Chiefs will spend the next week in Las Vegas as they prepare for the big game against the San Fransisco 49ers. They will also be doing plenty of media throughout the week, starting with "Super Bowl LVIII Opening Night" on Monday night. K.C. has the opportunity to be the first repeat champions in the NFL since 2004 and the fourth team ever to win three Super Bowls in five years.
