The Ole Miss Rebels have now lost commitments from two Tennessee Vols transfers.

Earlier this month, former Vols DB Tamarion McDonald flipped from Ole Miss to Louisville.

On Tuesday night, former Tennessee DL Tyler Baron became the second Vol transfer to decommit from Ole Miss, also flipping his commitment to Louisville.

Former Vols defensive back Wesley Walker also committed to Louisville earlier this month.

The portal is absolutely the Wild West right now. Even when a program thinks they've secured a transfer, there's nothing preventing another program from coming along with a more lucrative NIL offer.

There's no doubt that players deserve their share of the revenue that THEY are generating. But this feels like an unsustainable approach to the transfer portal.
