The Tennessee Titans are undergoing a makeover. After hiring Brian Callahan as their new head coach, plenty of staff changes are happening in Nashville. That being said, a decision has not yet been made on a major piece of the organization.

According to Paul Kuharsky, the Titans have not made a final decision on director of sports performance Frank Piraino.

Piraino joined the Titans in 2019 as strength and conditioning coach after 16 years developing collegiate athletes. He spent 2013-2018 with Boston College as their head strength and conditioning coach.

As Kuharsky said, the on-field staff is the priority for the new Titans regime as of right now. It will be intriguing to see if Piraino is retained for next year and potentially beyond.

Piraino could be kept in a different role or keep his current position for the Titans. Callahan and co. has plenty of difficult decisions ahead for his team's entire staff.
