ESPN made offseason predictions this week for each NFL team (sans the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers) and they have the Chicago Bears making a huge addition to their roster.

Aaron Schatz predicted this week that Chicago will sign wide receiver Mike Evans, a five-time Pro Bowler who has spent his entire 10-year career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Schatz also thinks the Bears will use the No. 1 pick on a quarterback.

From ESPN: The Bears will use the No. 1 pick on a new quarterback and invest in that quarterback by signing Mike Evans, one of the top free agent wide receivers. Evans has 10 straight 1,000-yard seasons and would pair nicely with DJ Moore in this offense.

If the Bears use the first pick on a quarterback like Schatz predicts (which would likely be USC's Caleb Williams), then signing Evans would set the rookie up for instant success.

Evans is as reliable as it gets in the NFL. He's never had a season with fewer than 1,000 receiving yards. And he rarely misses time. Evans is also the definition of a pro and he's worked with a myriad of quarterbacks, including the legendary Tom Brady.

If the Bears, which have an estimated $61 million in cap space can pull this signing off, it would be a huge offseason win for Chicago.
