Zach Wilson has been the subject of much ridicule this season, and things aren't going to get any better for the New York Jets quarterback after his latest embarrassing moment.

Coming out onto the field, Wilson was running backwards and tripped over his own feet. And he fell right down.

Many reporters and other accounts on X, formerly known as Twitter, immediately pointed out this embarrassing moment, not hesitating to share the video.

At the half Wilson was 5-for-12 for 67 yards and one touchdown. However, he did also throw on interception. Backup quarterback Thomas Morstead also came in for one play, throwing an impressive pass to Brandin Echols for 18 yards.

Wilson was expected to be the backup for Aaron Rodgers this season, but after Rodgers went out with an ACL injury four plays into his time in New York, the former BYU quarterback was the starter once again.

Many expected the Jets to make a move for a veteran quarterback, but head coach Robert Saleh remained confident in Wilson and said they are going to stick with him.

Yet people remain very critical of Wilson and this latest embarrassing moment certainly does not help.
