The Indianapolis Colts are adjusting their weekly schedule for this week ahead of their Week 9 matchup with the Carolina Panthers.

James Boyd of The Atheltic was the first to report this apparent change earlier today.

Colts head coach Shane Steichen shared more on what went into that decision when he spoke to the media Wednesday.

The Colts will now only have two practice sessions this week, on Thursday and Friday, before they travel to Carolina to take on the Panthers to take on their former head coach, Frank Reich. The team will be on the road the next two weeks before their bye week in Week 11.
