The Baltimore Ravens have turned the tide on the offensive side of the ball as of late. The current AFC North leaders recorded a season-high 38 points in their statement win over the Detroit Lions in Week 7 and then followed it up by scoring a touchdown in each of their four trips to the red zone against the Arizona Cardinals.
Pro Football Hall of Fame tight end Shannon Sharpe does not believe that the Ravens have reached their full potential on offense. For one, the former Ravens tight end sees that the chemistry between Lamar Jackson and Odell Beckham Jr. is still lacking quite a bit.
"Lamar Jackson is getting better and better and better throwing the football week after week," Sharpe said during a recent airing of ESPN’s "First Take" program.
"Now if he and Odell can just get on the same page, now that's gonna open the offense up even more."
Beckham has had a roller-coaster run with the Ravens this season. He has dealt with a few injuries over the past two months, and when available, he has had his fair share of struggles on the field. Overall, Jackson has posted a lowly 56.9 passer rating and thrown one interception when targeting Beckham.
Beckham sure will look to turn it around in Baltimore’s upcoming Week 9 home clash with the Seattle Seahawks. He has logged 216 receiving yards in three career games played against Seattle.

Plenty of potential.
