This will be the first Vikings' game without Kirk Cousins at QB. The rookie Jaren Hall is expected to get the start in Atlanta.

How will the Vikings look without Kirk Cousins?

Rookie Jaren Hall will be under center for the Vikings in Week 9. This will be Hall's first-career start. The team also traded for veteran QB Joshua Dobbs, but it appears that the team is more comfortable rolling with Hall since he's been with the team longer.

Can Hall make the throws that Cousins could make? Probably not, but he can likely do enough to win. The Falcons have a legit defense and will make Hall's life difficult. If he can avoid turnovers, however, the Vikings should still be in a good spot.
