Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert caught a 28-yard pass from Jalen Hurts in the third quarter of Sunday's matchup against the Dallas Cowboys.
However, Goedert did not get up right away and favored his right arm after being tackled by Cowboys' safety Markquese Bell.
Goedert went to stop the tackle by putting his arm up but Bell took him down by twisting his arm.
He was checked out by trainers on the field before heading to the locker room for X-rays.
He was soon ruled questionable to return with a forearm injury and then ruled out for the remainder of the game.
The Eagles are already slim at the tight end position with Grant Calcaterra dealing with a concussion, leaving Jack Stoll and Albert Okwuegbunam as the Eagles' only healthy tight ends available.
Goedert had three catches for 50 yards before exiting early.
