The Philadelphia Eagles remain a little banged up from Week 1's win with one player, linebacker Nakobe Dean, headed to injured reserve.
Similar to Monday, the Eagles held another walkthrough practice on Tuesday as they prepared for their Thursday night game against the Minnesota Vikings.
Below is the Eagles' estimated injury report for Tuesday:
| Player | Injury | Monday | Tuesday |
|---|---|---|---|
S Reed Blankenship | Ribs | DNP | DNP |
CB James Bradberry | Concussion | DNP | DNP |
DT Fletcher Cox | Ribs | DNP | LP |
RB Kenneth Gainwell | Ribs | DNP | DNP |
KEY: DNP = Did not participate | LP = Limited participation | FP = Full participation | NIR = Not injury related
Injury report observations:
- The Eagles placed Nakobe Dean on the injured reserve list on Tuesday. In two corresponding moves, they signed linebacker Nicholas Morrow to the active roster and linebacker Rashaan Evans to the practice squad.
- Bradberry remains in concussion protocol, which could be difficult to clear by Thursday. Josh Jobe is expected to step up in his place.
- Following an MRI on Monday, reports say that Cox "should be fine" and his availability will depend on pain management.
- The same can be said for Gainwell and Blankenship.
Eagles have ‘faith’ in James Bradberry’s replacement
The Eagles could be without Bradberry on Thursday night.
