Tennessee Vols offensive lineman John Campbell, a transfer from Miami who joined UT ahead of the 2023 season, was praised this week by SEC Network analyst Cole Cubelic for his effort in the win against the South Carolina Gamecocks.

Cubelic, who was an offensive lineman at Auburn, tweeted a couple of videos of Campbell from the South Carolina game and called him a "finishing machine".

That's definitely what you want to see from your left tackle if you're a Vols fan.

Campbell has quickly proven to be an excellent pick-up for Tennessee. He's fit into the culture seamlessly and he clearly plays with a high effort level at all times.

Tennessee probably should've been a little more active in the transfer portal in the offseason, but they also deserve a lot of credit for identifying Campbell as a player that could help the Vols in 2023.
