Amazon Prime's Thursday Night Football NFL Week 3 Broadcast

Former Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck finally returned to NFL fan's TV screen, and he did so in the most hilarious way possible.

The former Pro Bowl QB showed up on Amazon Prime's post-game show for Week 3's Thursday Night Football decked out in Civil War regalia depicting the famous social media parody account "Capt. Andrew Luck"

It was amazing to simply see Andrew Luck return to an NFL broadcast. But to do so in this fashion was icing on the cake.

What is Capt. Andrew Luck?

Capt. Andrew Luck was a super popular Twitter account that recapped every significant moment of Andrew Luck's career through the perspective of Luck writing letters to his mother while at war.

This account remains infamous to this day, as they sit at over 429 thousand followers on X (Twitter). Luck didn't just show up in costume; he elected to play into the joke even more with his answer to the simple question, "How have you been?"

His answer, you can hear in the video above, was, "Great, The War is Over." While mentioning Andrew Luck's name can cause some Colts fans sadness, I hope this sense of humor brought a smile to your face as it did mine. This was the 2nd funniest thing I've ever seen involving Andrew Luck. The first, of course, being this beautiful body armor commercial from 2019.
