The Buffalo Bills and the fanbase have seemingly moved on from the offseason controversies surrounding superstar WR Stefon Diggs. At this point, it's all water under the bridge as Diggs wasted no time in training camp opening up to the media.

There was a brief moment when things heated up again after Stephen A. Smith made the bizarre announcement that Diggs was unhappy in Buffalo and would want out, which immediately Diggs responded, shutting it down.

Now, we are once again back at a bizarre trade rumor surrounding Diggs that would undoubtedly shake up the entire league. First and foremost, Diggs is not getting traded, but he was involved in a potential blockbuster trade.

Specifically, Vincent Frank from Sportsnaut highlighted a list of players who could be moved ahead of the October 31st NFL trade deadline, and Diggs found his way onto the list. Here's what Frank had to say about the situation and what drove him to the suggestion that Diggs would be traded.

Continued drama relating to Diggs and his Bills team took on new meaning recently when a beat writer talked down to the Pro Bowler. It led to the receiver reacting in a candid way with his brother, Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs, indicating that he should request a trade. Things certainly are at a boiling point despite Diggs himself saying he did not want out ahead of Week 1. We could easily witness a trade request should things spiral out of control. If so, interest in a receiver who is averaging 113 receptions for nearly 1,400 yards over the past three seasons would not be muted.

Again, Diggs is not going to be traded, and the continued drama is nothing more than cryptic messaging from the superstar WR that could be misplaced as unhappiness. Nevertheless, Frank has the following as a potential landing spot for Diggs: Dallas Cowboys, Green Bay Packers, New York Giants, and Chicago Bears.

While we have a 99.99999% certainty Diggs won't be traded at the deadline, or anytime in the foreseeable future, we could absolutely see Brandon Beane making another splash if he feels like the team is lacking in a certain area.

For now, and for a long time, Diggs will remain a Buffalo Bill. Obviously, there are plenty of suitors on the open market who would be thrilled to land the All-Pro WR but that stinks for them because he's not going anywhere.
