Sep 17, 2023; Houston, Texas, USA; Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson (5) runs the ball in for a touchdown during the first quarter against the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium.

For the 2nd week in a row, Anthony Richardson could not finish the game due to an injury.

The Indianapolis Colts have ruled their QB out with a concussion sustained on his 2nd touchdown run of the day.

Richardson was having a really sharp day against the Houston Texans before leaving with the concussion. The concussion seems to have occurred after his head bounced off the ground after scoring his 2nd rushing touchdown of the day.

Now Richardson will have to clear the NFL's concussion protocol in order to play next week against the Ravens in Baltimore.
