The Buffalo Bills got back on the right track with a dominant victory over the Las Vegas Raiders.
QB Josh Allen shined, showcasing why Week 1 was a fluke. The victory also furthered the trend of Allen dominating and the team winning after a game in which Allen had 3+ turnovers.
Before the game was over, the team got a concerning update regarding two of their star players. Micah Hyde and Leonard Floyd suffered injuries in the contest, putting their availability into question.
Hyde had been battling injuries for the past few weeks. From being questionable to practice, leaving the Jets game, being sidelined almost the entire last season, to now suffering yet another injury is a scary sign for a team with sights set on a Super Bowl.
To add insult to injury, newly acquired pass rusher Floyd also went down with an injury. Floyd, a former teammate of Von Miller, is adding a boost the the defensive line while the team waits for Miller to return.
If Hyde and Floyd were to miss any substantial time, it would be a crushing blow for the entire defensive unit. While it doesn't appear serious, we will know more in the coming hours and days.
Fingers crossed that these two can be back on the field sooner rather than later.
