The Miami Dolphins will indeed be without two key starters when they kick off against the New England Patriots Sunday night.

T Terron Armstead and OLB Jaelan Phillips are both listed as inactive by the Dolphins.

Armstead managed to work in three limited practice appearances this week, so there was hope he'd be available.  However, it looks like it won't be until Week 3 that he makes his 2023 debut.

Phillips injured his back during practice on Friday, when he first popped upon the practice report.  He reportedly was trying to make a case to play, but it seems the team determined he wasn't ready.

The Dolphins and Patriots kick off at 8:20 pm ET on NBC.
