The Baltimore Ravens are set to have their third AFC North matchup of the 2023 season, as they will square off with the Cleveland Browns in Week 4.
As was the case in the days leading up to Week 3, the talk of the town with the Ravens as of late has centered on their early season injury woes. Baltimore did recently receive some promising news regarding its lengthy injury list. For one, Marcus Williams, who suffered a pec ailment during the Ravens' home win against the Houston Texans, is listed as questionable for Week 4 after he managed to be a full participant in practice on both Thursday and Friday.
On the other side, the Cleveland Browns have been led by their stout defensive unit this season. The Browns lead the NFL in multiple defensive stats, including points per game allowed (10.7)

Can Justice Hill help balance out Baltimore’s ground game?
Ravens running back Justice Hill is set to make his return to action against Cleveland. Hill was sidelined from Baltimore’s home loss to the Indianapolis Colts due to a foot injury suffered against the Cincinnati Bengals. He returned to practice this past week and is expected to play in Week 4.
It could go a long way for Baltimore’s ground game on Sunday if Hill can put together a productive outing to form a potent one-two punch alongside Gus Edwards.
Will the Ravens add to the Browns’ turnover woes?
The Browns have had a bit of an issue in taking care of the football this season. They currently rank third in the NFL in giveaways with seven through three games played.
The Deshaun Watson-led Browns offense is set to meet a Ravens defense that has tallied a mere two takeaways in the ongoing campaign, but this is a unit that has multiple game-changing playmakers.
2 Ravens players to watch in Week 4
Ronnie Stanley/Patrick Mekari
Ronnie Stanley is listed as doubtful for Baltimore’s showdown with Cleveland. Stanley, who missed the Ravens' last two games due to a knee injury, was a limited participant in practice on both Wednesday and Thursday but did not take part in the team’s practice session on Friday.
If Stanley does not receive the green light to play in Week 4, then it will be Patrick Mekari who will start at the left tackle position. If this all comes to fruition, then Mekari will be called on to help slow down Browns defensive end Myles Garrett in the contest.
Jadeveon Clowney
Jadeveon Clowney did not necessarily leave the Browns on good terms, especially after he was benched in Week 18 last season after he made some eye-opening comments in an interview with Cleveland.com.
Clowney noted on Wednesday that he does not have any "bad blood" with the Browns organization, but he sure will look to orchestrate a revenge game performance in Week 4.
