Former Tennessee Vols star running back Alvin Kamara was involved in a very tough-to-watch moment on the sidelines during the New Orleans Saints' game against the Detroit Lions on Sunday afternoon.

Kamara was pushed out of bounds after a short gain by a Lions defender and he landed on a sideline worker's leg.

As Kamara was getting up, the camera showed the sideline worker's leg and it did not look good.

Here's the video. If you're at all squeamish or can't stand the sight of a brutal injury, then you should probably avoid watching (I watched it once and that was enough for me).

You gotta feel absolutely terrible for that sideline worker. Every time a player gets pushed into a crowd of people on the sidelines, I hold my breath hoping that something like that doesn't happen. Unfortunately, it's something that happens every now and then. Best wishes to that worker for a speedy and complete recovery.
