Gibbs, 6-foot/180 lbs from Everett, MA, was a redshirt freshman this past season at Rhode Island. He totaled 52 tackles, three pass breakups, and three interceptions for the Rams in 2023.

The Massachusetts native has reportedly received interest from Appalachian State, Boston College, Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, Liberty, UConn, UMass, Western Kentucky, and West Virginia.

Tennessee could use some safety help so it's not a surprise that they're showing some interest in Gibbs.

Gibbs had a 70.3 PFF grade this past season.
