We have all grown to love the Houston Texans' new quarterback and what he brings to the field. He is firmly in the MVP conversation right now, as a rookie, and is only going to get better. C.J. Stroud is him, as the kids say.

But he is also a very great dude off of the field. He makes sure his faith is known and that he would be nowhere without it. He also makes sure that he gives back to the community, as he was recently handing out turkeys for Thanksgiving.

On the field is what we see the most. However, he did something this past weekend that we may not have seen or heard if he hadn't mic'd up and had cameras on him.

Inside the NFL on CW had Stroud on to go over a moment they caught on camera. The moment was C.J. Stroud making his center change jerseys mid-game. That's how serious he is about everything.

The video is actually pretty funny.

Stroud was doing that because the sweat was keeping him from gripping the ball, so he made his teammate put a jersey on that was not sweaty. That's being a leader and taking control.

As a rookie, I think it's safe to say that Stroud is just on a completely different level.
