Nick Mullens didn't have a bad first half for the Minnesota Vikings against the Cincinnati Bengals. He completed 12 of 16 passes for 155 yards.

However, the new Vikings starting quarterback threw two red-zone interceptions, costing them at least six points.

And the second one is particularly bizarre, as you can see above. He was trying to throw the ball away, but BJ Hill hindered his mobility. Mullens ended up throwing the ball directly to Hill, who on the ground was able to hold onto it to recover the possession.

Nick Mullens is the fourth quarterback to start a game for the Vikings this year. The first one was Kirk Cousins, of course. After his season-ending injury, the Vikings started rookie Jaren Hall, traded for Joshua Dobbs, and now are trying to make a playoff run with Mullens.
