Starting on Monday Night Football, at the end of the game, has been a bit of a whirlwind of emotions for the NFL world, as one of the best and youngest players in the league suffered what looked to be a gruesome injury. The Jacksonville Jaguars are lucky; it was just a high ankle sprain for Trevor Lawrence.

The Jaguars didn't let Lawrence practice on Wednesday, and rightfully so. From what we heard from Lawrence, he is feeling much better. However, Pederson also said the team is not ruling out C.J. Beathard playing, as they have 100% confidence in him.

But Thursday's practice puts a whole new perspective on things.

There are videos on Twitter from the practice of Lawrence. He did practice, and in those videos, he is throwing well, putting weight on his ankle as it's wrapped up.

Does this mean Lawrence is playing on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns? No. However, it is huge towards his progression to playing on Sunday.

Friday will be a big tell.
