Former Tennessee Vols linebacker Jalen Reeves-Maybin recorded his first full career NFL sack on Sunday and it was because one of his teammates couldn't stay on the field early in the game.

Reeves-Maybin's Detroit Lions teammate, linebacker Alex Anzalone, was briefly removed from the game in the first quarter after a sequence where he missed two tackles and committed penalties on back to back plays against the Chicago Bears.

Reeves-Maybin, who is normally a special teams ace for the Lions, entered the game when Anzalone was taken off the field and almost immediately came through with a sack.

The former Vol was previously credited with a half sack in 2017.
