This is a tall ask, but the Colts will be rooting for the Chargers to upset the Bills in Week 16. This Chargers team seems already checked out after their disaster 5-9 season and will be without multiple key starters such as Justin Herbert, Keenan Allen, and Joey Bosa. The Bills are another team with the same record. as the Colts at 8-6. So a Bills loss could give the Colts breathing room down the stretch.
Browns @ Texans
This game involves two teams that, in their own ways, help the Colts no matter the result. The preferred route, though, would be for the Texans to lose, which would have the Colts a full game ahead of the Texans, who have already beaten this season and are slated to play Week 18 at home.
