The Kansas City Chiefs and Las Vegas Raiders are set to square off at Arrowhead Stadium on Week 16 of the 2023 NFL season.

It's a Christmas showdown between these two long-time AFC West rivals, one with a lot on the line for both teams. The Raiders are clinging to their playoff hopes, while the Chiefs will have a chance to clinch the AFC West for an eighth consecutive season. Who will get a lump of coal in the stocking on Monday?

Here's a quick breakdown of the inactive players for this game.

Chiefs inactive players:

  • WR Kadarius Toney
  • LT Donovan Smith
  • DT Neil Farrell Jr.
  • DE BJ Thompson
  • DL Malik Herring
  • DT Matt Dickerson
  • CB Nic Jones

Raiders inactive players:

  • QB Brian Hoyer
  • TE Michael Meyer
  • TE Jesper Horsted
  • OT Brandon Parker
  • C Hroniss Grasu
  • DT Byron Young
  • RB Josh Jacobs

Observations:

Nothing too out of the ordinary for Kansas City.

Both practice squad elevations for the Chiefs are active this week.

The Raiders are missing two key starters on offense in RB Josh Jacobs and TE Michael Meyer.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire is active, despite a report from NFL Network's Ian Rapoport saying that he'd be out due to personal reasons.
