The Las Vegas Raiders are still searching for their head coach and general manager but have managed to wrap up one of their first interviews in the offseason. They plan to interview several others.
This time, it was one of their division rival's executives and front office people.
According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, the Raiders have interviewed Broncos executive Kelly Kleine Van Calligan for their GM job.
I'm sure Kelly Kleine Van Calligan is a great person. It would be awesome to be the first team in the NFL to have a woman as a general manager.
However, this is the same team that hasn't beaten the Raiders in four years and is in a financial crisis after making the worst trade in NFL history for Russell Wilson.
That doesn't mean she couldn't be great, but it is something you should think about.
