Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel addresses NFL rumors during Wednesday's press conference.

Over the last several hours, many well-known media members stirred up a rumor that Titans' head coach Mike Vrabel was on "unstable ground" with general manager Ran Carthon and wanted out of Tennessee.

On Wednesday, Vrabel made it clear during his press conference that not only are those rumors false, but also, Santa Claus, is, in fact, not real.

And neither is the Easter Bunny or Tooth Fairy.

Wait, Santa Isn't Real!?

What Vrabel was really doing was encouraging the public to not believe everything they see or hear, including the rumors about him wanting out of Tennessee.

"If we believed everything that was on social media, there would be Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and Tooth Fairy. I really have never responded to any of those [rumors] and we're not going to start now," Vrabel said of the rumors spread about him this week. "I know where we're at as an organization. I'm excited to build this thing, fix this thing and get it to where we want it to be. To win Championships with Ran [Carthon] and Chad [Brinker], and the coaching staff and everybody. That's what our goal is. But, no, the social media and where that is, I can't focus on that."

Where there is smoke, there is fire, but Vrabel has put this flame out while crushing some kids' dreams along the way.
